A Guide to Buying Perfume Online

I love shopping online. Because I live in a fairly small town, I don't have access to those stores that big city residents do. For years I had to live without Sephora and Macy's. There wasn't even a Target -- that's how small my town is! But all that changed when I learned how to shop online. With my trusty credit card in hand, I entered a world that became very special to me -- the world of online shopping.

One of my favorite things to do is buy perfume online. I can find rare fragrances that just aren't offered in the stores. And thanks to Ebay, I can find them at rock bottom prices. If you're new to the world of buying perfume online, then here are some tips to help you get started:

Try samples! If you're not sure what fragrance you want to purchase, samples are a way to try several without breaking the bank. LuckyScent.com offers high end samples from top fragrance houses, while online auction sites like Ebay feature most every sample you can think of. I know one of my favorite things to do is purchase Demeter fragrance decants. Demeter is a popular fragrance line that offers innovative fragrances like Tomato, Dirt, Wet Garden, Martini, and even offbeat choices like Paperback, Play Doh and Sushi. With so many Demeter fragrances, I could never afford to collect them all -- but what I can do is buy the samples of Demeter perfume online.

Buy a tester. There are lots of different fragrance sites where you can buy bottles of perfume that were once used as testers in department stores. These perfumes usually don't come in a box, and at times aren't totally full. However, if you're looking for a fragrance at a bargain price, testers can't be beat!

Give small etailers a chance. There are lots of small, family owned bath, body and fragrance companies that offer high quality fragrance oils in almost any scent imaginable. Some of these etailers can even custom blend a scent just for you! And the best part is, the offerings from these small businesses are totally affordable!

Buying perfume online is safe and convenient. By obtaining your fragrances this way, you can find hard-to-get products and save some money at the same time! Believe me, I know -- I do it all the time!
